A very long time ago, I was a young man growing up in Huntington Valley, Pa. My favorite pastimes were baseball, ice hockey, and raising hell.

With late nights at Dave C's, whooping up on some Knock Hockey and ping pong, B Ball at Endershots, and sledding down Burr's Hill. Ice Hockey on Beardsleys Pond, Till the night rolled in. Then a nice cup of hot choclate from Mom.

As the years passed I moved to South Jersey to pursue my love of cooking and Blues. Allowing me to bring you great food and Bluz to your Dining Table.

About a year or so ago, I had an idea to bring my two loves together... The Blues and even better, Vast types of culinary Cuisine.

With the support of my wife and friends, Chef Bluz was born! Never will dining and Bluz be the same again. Let Chef Bluz and his band, The Kitchen, give you a dining and musical evening you'll not soon forget.

Chef Bluz Support Staff includes; The Big Sexy,Paul Strong on guitar, Wayne Scheller lighten' up the keyboards, David Palamar keepin' the percussion beat, and Walter Sapsi addin' the thump on bass guitar. Sharon's sweet vocals, flowing thru the room. New to the Team is the talented and Award Winning Sous Chef Amber Lawerance. She Lights it up as she stands on guard. Keeping me supplied and Blazin!
